A refund will be initiated only in cases where a transaction has failed, and the payment has been deducted from the user’s account but not successfully credited to the intended recipient.
Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the transaction was successful and services have been rendered.
- If the user has entered incorrect details leading to a failed transaction.
- If the payment was made for a non-refundable service as per our Terms & Conditions.
2. Refund Process

- If a user notices a discrepancy, they must report the issue by emailing contact@hellocredit.in with transaction details.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after verification.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Confirmation
Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
